Who are We?
The RLC is part of the Redbank Medical Group which includes the Redbank Group Practice and Mile Lane Surgery.
We offer a huge range of services and are open evenings and weekends to ensure a full range of appointment times to best meet your needs.
You can register on-line, or by dropping by the Practice and picking up a registration form.
When you visit the RLC you will initially be seen by our highly skilled Nursing team. Our nurses have undergone additional training and will be able to meet most of your health needs including prescribing and referral. Our experienced team of GPs will be supporting the work of the nursing team at all times.

Our Responsibility to You
- We will provide you with a high quality service
- You will be greeted courteously
- You have a right to confidentiality
- You will be informed if there is a delay of more than 20 minutes for your appointment.
- You will be referred to a consultant when your GP thinks necessary.
- You will be given the result of any test or investigation upon request or at your next appointment.
- Your suggestions and comments about the services offered will be considered sympathetically and any complaint dealt with quickly.
Your Responsibility to Us
- Please treat all surgery staff with respect
- Do not ask for information about anyone other than yourself
- Notify us of any change of name, address, contact details etc. especially and changes to your mobile number as soon as possible so that we can maintain your record accurately. You can do this by sending us an e-mail (please remember to include your name and date of birth so we know who you are) detailing any changes to registrations@therlc.co.uk
- Please allow sufficient time for your consultants' letters etc to reach us.
