pen_on_diaryOur appointment system will allow patients extra time with our clinicians. Appointments will be booked for 20 minutes with our nursing team, and for 15 minutes with our GP. If you need any additional services such as a translator, please let our reception staff know when you book your appointment and this will be arranged for you.

Your first appointment at The RLC Surgery will include a new patient check which will take around 30 minutes. More information on this check can be found here.

Patients will initially be seen by our highly skilled nursing team. Our nurses have undergone additional training and will be able to meet most health needs including prescribing and referrals. This team will be fully supported at all times by a GP.
