medication4You can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

Please allow 2 full working days (excluding weekends) for us to process the order.

You can collect from the surgery after 14:00.

If you leave a supply of Stamped Addressed Envelopes (SAE) with the receptionist you can select that option and the prescription will be posted to you.

If you select that option but have not left a SAE the prescription will be left for you to collect in the usual way.

Important Information:

We can only accept repeat prescription requests for:

  • Items which have been previously agreed by the doctor to be suitable for repeat prescription ordering

Occasionally we may not be able to process your order. The receptionist will explain the reasons why when you call to collect the prescription.
